We are recruiting for an additional shop assistant to work on a part-time, permanent basis. Working Hours: Saturdays only 10-4/5pm
- We are a dynamic business attending dog events, farmers markets and festivals meaning working days vary but we require someone who can work Saturdays
This is a keyholders position, applicants must be 18 years old.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant with strong social media skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll not only provide excellent in-store customer service but also play a key part in managing and growing our social media presence. If you love dogs, have a flair for retail, and are savvy with social media, this could be the perfect job for you!
On the job training will be provided to develop your knowledge of dog accessories, food and treats.
The role will include
· Delivering exceptional customer service at all times and going the extra mile when required.
· Managing our social media channels, with a desire to create engaging content,
· Recommending and promoting products and services to customers
· Maintain high standards and ensuring products are stocked, well presented and clean with a good shelf life
· General cleaning practices.
· Keeping up with promotions and new products
· Processing cash and card transactions using up to date point of sale systems
· Ensuring all animals are cared for, safe and healthy
· A confident, positive and helpful attitude with a strong customer focus with a desire to genuinely get to know our customers and their dogs, building strong relationships and the ability to naturally engage with people.
· Unrivalled passion for animals and their welfare with a thirst for continued training and product knowledge, pet innovation and trends.
