Easy-Sprayaway is a family-run business established in 2016, specialising in loft insulation, roof coatings, and other home improvement services. We pride ourselves on honest, pressure-free sales and excellent customer care.
The Role
We are looking for experienced sales representatives with a proven track record in direct sales, ideally within the home improvement sector. This is a field-based role, attending pre-booked, qualified appointments – no cold calling required.

Responsibilities
- Attend pre-arranged customer appointments
- Deliver engaging and professional product presentations
- Follow company code of conduct – no pressure selling
- Accurately complete all paperwork and follow compliance procedures
- Build rapport and trust with customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales (home improvement sales highly desirable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
