As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative, experienced and passionate Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team and help drive our brand forward across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with brand messaging and clinical services.
- Record and edit short-form video content optimised for social media.
- Use analytics tools to track content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure content aligns with psychological services, values, and patient sensitivity.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Assist in managing ad campaigns across Meta platforms (desirable).
- Support with graphic design needs, including branded materials and infographics (desirable).
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience creating successful content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook – with portfolio/examples.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, engagement, and audience targeting.
- Video editing and content scheduling skills.
- Able to work in our Burnley office – this is not a remote role.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in the psychology or mental health sector.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and paid social media ads.
- Graphic design capabilities using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
