We’re scaling fast in the B2B space and preparing for an exciting B2C product launch. We’re building a future where every building breathes better — and we’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing & Content Creator to lead that story.
The Role
This is your opportunity to build AIRO’s marketing division from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for shaping our digital presence, content strategy, and go-to-market campaigns across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across AIRO’s website, email, SEO, and paid channels
- Create compelling content: blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns, video scripts, social posts, and product copy
- Develop and manage AIRO’s brand voice and ensure visual consistency across all platforms
- Lead our social media presence — especially LinkedIn and B2C platforms like Instagram and YouTube — plus our podcast, VENT
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales to align messaging with business goals
- Analyse performance metrics, test campaigns, and optimise for growth and engagement
- Drive the launch strategy for upcoming consumer-facing products
- Establish AIRO as a thought leader in air quality, ventilation, and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation (in-house or agency)
- A portfolio showcasing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and interest in B2C growth strategies
- Excellent copywriting skills — technical and creative
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, Figma, Adobe Suite
- Passion for health, innovation, or climate tech (bonus if experienced in PropTech, SaaS, or CleanTech)
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
