Working closely with the Head of Taurus delivery, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead on critical projects, manage cross-functional teams, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Taurus system meets the evolving needs of our staff and patients.
- Line management and leadership of a team of Lead Application Analysts in the design and build team across Taurus in the designated area. This will include recruitment, PDRs, performance management, managing grievance and disciplinary procedures, mentoring and coaching where appropriate.
- Leading on all Epic applications activities.
- Creating and maintaining a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders including, Divisional Directors, General Managers, Heads of Nursing and other senior staff and Clinicians within the organisation.
- Managing and overseeing the application team resource which will support the successful delivery of the Taurus EPR programme.
- Creating strong working relationships with the Trust to support agreed work stream and programme timescales.
- Working as part of the senior Taurus leadership team, displaying positive and strong leadership skills
- Maintain strong working relationships with ICT colleagues in ensuring the delivery against information governance and data standards.
