The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, motivated individual to join our drivers’ team and work closely with our sales team.
The main responsibility of the role is to carry out multi-drop deliveries across B&P’s geographical area, ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect stock from the depot.
- Load the van safely and securely to prevent stock damage and optimize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain the vehicle while in possession and report any issues.
- Liaise with office staff to obtain order and route lists.
- Ensure safe and accurate delivery of orders to customers' premises, checking stock condition before obtaining proof of delivery.

- Work on a self-managed basis (guidance provided).
- Driving license requirement: No major points or insurance bans (maximum of 3 points).
The role requires 5 to 6 working days per week, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM. Please apply only if you meet all the criteria.
Essential Criteria
- Previous driving experience is a must.
- Full valid passport.
- Valid driving license (No TT/CD/DD/DR endorsements, max 3 points).
- National Insurance Number.
- DVLA check code & summary.
- Eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland with no restrictions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver.
- Familiarity with multi-drop driving.
- Ability to lift heavy items.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus.
