The Role
This is a dual role, combining front-of-house reception duties with proactive treatment coordination. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, while also guiding them through their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm, professional welcome to patients.
- Managing diaries, appointments, and patient enquiries.
- Supporting clinicians with treatment coordination for cosmetic, implant, restorative and facial aesthetic treatments.
- Presenting treatment plans and finance options confidently.
- Performing intraoral scans to support cosmetic, Invisalign, and implant consultations.
- Assisting with consultations, ensuring patients are informed and supported.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance documentation.
About You
Essential:
- Experience in a dental reception or treatment coordination role (ideally private practice).
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Confidence in discussing treatment plans and patient options.
- IT literacy, including dental software.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting implant consultations.
- Trained in intraoral scanning.
- Knowledge of digital workflows in cosmetic/implant dentistry.
- Previous experience in a high-end private practice.
- Social media skills (photography, content creation, or patient engagement) will be an advantage.

Pay: £14.50-£16.00 per hour
