Lead Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator – Full Time
Aromaden Dental Clinic, a leading independent private dental practice in Teddington (TW11), is seeking a skilled and personable Lead Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join our team full time. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental nurse who thrives on patient interaction, clinical excellence, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently and efficiently scan patients using the iTero scanner as part of Invisalign and other treatment consultations
- Discuss treatment options with patients, including Invisalign and finance plans, ensuring clear communication and patient understanding
- Book patients with dentists and hygienists, acting as a key liaison throughout their care
- Support treatment plan conversions and help patients make informed decisions
- Carry out dental assisting duties as required
- Carry out reception duties as required, including welcoming patients, managing appointments, collecting fees and other reception duties
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with practice protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified and experienced dental nurse, GDC registered
- Proven experience using the iTero scanner in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss treatment options and finance confidently
- Track record of successfully converting consultations into treatment plans
- Experience in selling dental treatments to new patients
- Organised, efficient, and a strong team player
- Comfortable with both clinical and reception duties
Ability to take CBCT scans and OPT radiographs is beneficial but not essential.
