We are seeking a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team for maternity cover.
In this role, you will be responsible for explaining dental treatment plans to patients, arranging payment plans, and coordinating with other dental professionals to ensure smooth operation.
Successful candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to create a comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and explain the details and benefits to patients
- Arrange payment plans with patients for dental services
- Work closely with dentists to understand the specifics of each patient’s treatment plan
- Monitor patient scheduling and manage appointments
- Handle patient inquiries regarding dental treatments
- Maintain patient records and ensure all treatments are accurately documented
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental treatment procedures and services
- Manage the practice social media accounts and create content
- Use initiative to be creative and come up with relevant offers
- Liaise with our marketing teams, and other treatment coordinators in the company
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of dental treatments and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain dental procedures to patients
This position is a temporary maternity cover contract, with possibility of a long term contract offer.
Pay will be discussed at interview stage, and is dependant on experience.
