We are on the lookout for a Dedicated Events Team Member to join our Rapport team, located in Watford. Our client is a leading global retail company. The team operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where each day brings something new.

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 7 AM – 9 PM)
Location: 4 days per week at our client’s office. The remaining day, you will support our Network Team as a Corporate Mobile Receptionist in London.
This is 5-months fixed term in Watford. Thereafter, you will permanently join our Network Team as a Corporate Mobile Receptionist in London.
Please note that travel from key locations such as Euston to travel to Watford are paid for.

Main responsibilities
- Specialising in the overall client experience.
- Support with all events, from hosting to set up.
- Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises.
- Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards.
- Applying a flexible approach and offering business support as required.
- Being engaged and proactive, constantly seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment.
- Adopt a flexible and adaptable approach when dealing with ad-hoc duties as required, and/or potential shift/location changes.
The ideal candidate will
