About the Role
As a Customer Services Co-ordinator , you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—playing a key role in ensuring their experience with Aliaxis UK is seamless, professional, and positive. You’ll manage the full sales order process from enquiry to delivery, resolve issues with care and efficiency, and act as the voice of the customer within our business.
What you'll be doing
Building and nurturing customer relationships to deliver service excellence
Managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face
Overseeing the sales order process and ensuring timely delivery
Handling customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations
Identifying opportunities to improve service and drive sales
What we're looking for
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B setting
Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong team spirit
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ERP systems (Dynamics AX12)
