We are currently recruiting for a talented Customer Service Assistant / Team Member to work at Club 3000 Bingo in Mansfield. You will need to be friendly and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and standards. The role will be for 22 hours per week, this will include evenings and weekends.
Starting hourly rate is £12.25 and there are higher hourly rates available for different roles, once fully trained.
The Role will include:-
- Provide excellent Customer Service in hospitality/gaming environment
- Meeting and greeting Customers
- Serving and cleaning down on our licensed bar
- Providing help and assistance to customers
- Selling Bingo Books/packages
- Giving change to customers
- Checking and verifying claims during bingo sessions
- Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
- Serving/preparing food in our diner
- A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
The Person
- Due to licencing laws for gambling in the UK, applicants must be over 18.
- Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic maths skills
- Experience of working with food and beverages
- A good work ethos as part of a team and as an individual

- Demonstrated time management and upselling abilities
- Able to work flexibly across the week as work pattern will include evenings and weekend shifts.
