Customer Service Specialist (Residential Energy Storage Sector)
Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Office-based, flexible options available)
Salary Range: £2,000 - £3,000 per month (Full-time, negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, including technical guidance.
Manage order inquiries, post-sales issues, and complaints to ensure high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Gather feedback to refine service processes and contribute product/industry insights.
Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required; prior exposure to renewable energy is preferred.
Enthusiasm for residential energy storage and sustainable technologies (basic understanding or willingness to learn).
Patient and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
