MQL Miriad Quest Leisure Ltd are a forward thinking, fast growing company currently operating in the B2B market place. To help with the continued growth we are looking to recruit a full-time office based role.
The role would suit someone from a customer service, sales background. Full training will be given in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails to the business.
- Processing any orders received by phone, email or online dealer portal.
- Handling aftersales and warranty customer requests or queries in a timely manner.
- Building strong relationships with our customer base. This will involve making some outbound calls to our current customers.
- Providing general administration support across the business.
Person Specification
Essential
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and ideally Teams.
Strong organisation skills
Desirable:
Previous experience working within a customer service and/or sales
Confident communicator in challenging situations
Experience of upselling and pushing promotions
Hours and pay
37.5 hours per week to be worked between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary of £24927.00 per annum plus a potential to earn a bonus of up to £4000 per year.
