We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our fantastic team at Bristol Airport. This is a permanent position working a fixed 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including day and night shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to passengers.
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Answer emails
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Solving problems
- Help manage disruption situations in a calm, professional manner.
- Work closely with airport and airlines team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and people skill.
- A calm and professional approach under pressure.
- Flexibility to work days and nights on a rota basis.
- Team player attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in customer service or an airport environment is a bonus , but not essential.
