Join our team at Storage Giant! We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Retentions Specialist to work onsite at our head office in Newport. In this dynamic role, you’ll engage with customers to retain business by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers to resolve issues and retain their business
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Using insights to improve customer retention strategies
Schedule:
40 hours per week – Between the hours of:
Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 21:00
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with CRM software is preferred
