The Lanes Group are looking to appoint a Customer Liaison Officer to work in close partnership with one of our key Suppliers.
Location: Haydock, St Helens
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - Depending on experience
Holiday Allowance: 24 days plus bank holidays ( increasing with length of service)
About the role:
- Making and receiving inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle along with upselling or cross-sell additional services based on customer profiles along with maintaining relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote Lanes Group services, while also handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services.
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the business.
- Work closely with Sales and Depot Managers to maximise sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
Exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role. We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual who is hardworking, proactive, and eager to excel. The position is based at our client’s office, so we require someone who is confident working independently and capable of demonstrating initiative in a professional environment
