Role Overview:
As a Cruise Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
- Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
- Confidently upselling on existing bookings.
- Managing booking amendments and changes.
- Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
What We’re Looking For:
- Cruise industry expertise: Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the cruise market.
- Strong organisational skills: Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving ability: Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
- Target-driven mindset: Able to meet and exceed goals.
- Team player: Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
