Fru-Colate will be inside The Mall Blackburn and this couldn't be a better time to start. You'll be handing out delicious fresh fruits with melted cover chocolate to customers.
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks within the Kiosk, including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with their orders. This position requires a strong commitment to food safety and quality, alongside the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Make TikTok's
- Prepare Fruits with chocolate according to established recipes and standards. And any other products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kiosk
- Sampling
- Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills.
- Upsell on till
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality service.
- Promote the brand whilst on shift
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers alike, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ability to upsell menu items through effective communication and customer engagement.
