Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our Event Crew team on a. Work will be scheduled on a flexible, as-needed basis, with no minimum hours guaranteed. As an Event Crew Member, you'll be an essential part of setting up, running, and breaking down live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and professionally.
Whether it's Weddings, corporate conferences, trade shows, private parties, or outdoor festivals, you'll help bring events to life!
Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle event equipment (staging, lighting, audio/visual gear, DJ setups, and Photobooths, etc.)
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Follow event layout plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized event environment
- Troubleshoot basic on-site issues or escalate to supervisors
- Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
Skills
- Must be physically capable of performing manual handling tasks safely and effectively.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items of varying weight regularly.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and willingness to take on various roles within the team as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Full UK Driving License (Vans Provided for jobs, but own van is a bonus)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Punctual and professional appearance
