Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced civil crews (2–3 man teams) for ongoing works across multiple telecoms projects. Each crew must consist of fully accredited, competent operatives capable of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Work locations will vary, with current and upcoming projects in areas such as Oxfordshire, North London, and surrounding regions.
Requirements:
- Crews must consist of 2–3 experienced civil operatives
- At least one fully accredited Ganger/Team Lead per crew
- All crew members must hold valid and in-date SMART Awards accreditations, including (but not limited to):
- NRSWA Operative (Units LA, O1–O8)
- SA006 / SA002
- K008
- CAT & Genny
- Ganger / Team Lead must also hold (in addition to the above):
- Q028 – Maintenance Excavation
- Q013 – Modular Box Building
- Q019 – Core Drilling
- Q020 – Duct Blockages
- First Aid
Ideal Crews Will Have:
- Proven experience in telecoms or utilities civil works (e.g. duct laying, box building, reinstatement)
- Own transport and tools (preferred)
- Strong commitment to health & safety and delivering to quality standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £5.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving License (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
