Credit Controller
£26,724 per annum, 40 hours per week (Full -Time) – Monday - Friday
Office Based – Swindon, SN5
We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work in our busy Finance department based at our Swindon Head Office.
The Position: As a Credit Controller you will provide day to day administrative support to the Senior Credit Controller & Finance Director. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Day to day contact with customers regarding outstanding debt
· Manage Credit Control Ledgers for various Depots
· Produce weekly reports for presentation to the Senior Credit Controller/FD
· Ensure customer’s computerised records are up to date at all times
· Liaise with other members of staff regarding account issues
· Ensure debtors are kept to a minimum
The Person
· Have previous Credit Control experience
· Be proficient in MS Excel
· Have the ability to build strong working relationships with customers
· Show professional communication skills both written and verbally
· Have the ability to consistently produce accurate work
