Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
What does it entail?
This team manages an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.
This person will be supporting our sister business Filta Group.
This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.
What do we look for?
- Previous experience as a Credit Controller is preferred
- Previous experience within an office/call centre environment
- Experience within a debt management/banking role
- Advanced literacy and numeracy
- Advanced IT skills
- Resilience – able to have tough conversations
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
- Ability to make clear decisions / think clearly when under pressure
- Ability to work independently with an absolute minimum of supervision, successfully managing own priorities, meetings and diary
