The Creative Delivery Lead is a new role at the heart of the Bupa Global Creative Studio. Acting as the right hand to the Head of Creative, this role ensures the smooth and effective running of the team - balancing delivery oversight with creative enablement.
They will lead the coordination of work across the studio, manage stakeholder relationships, and embed clear processes that help the team deliver brand-led creative efficiently, at pace and to a high standard. They'll also support creative projects directly - helping shape briefs, influence priorities and strengthen the quality of outputs.
This role sits at the intersection of creative project management, account partnership and business strategy - helping Bupa Global's in-house creative studio operate like a modern internal agency.
This is more than just traffic or delivery. It's a key support role that helps the Head of Creative lead the function, frees up space for bigger creative thinking, and ensures the team has the structure, clarity and momentum to do their best work in support of our strategic ambitions.
How you'll help us make health happen:
- Oversee day-to-day management of creative work across the team, tracking briefs and workloads
- Lead project intake, triage, and prioritisation alongside the Head of Creative and Lead Designers
- Coordinate timelines, resourcing and team availability to ensure efficient delivery
- Monitor progress across all projects, proactively addressing bottlenecks or blockers
- Uphold brand and creative standards by ensuring clarity of scope, audience and execution
- Own internal team ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, creative reviews) and delivery check-ins
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams requesting creative support
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, Strategy, CX and other stakeholders to shape better briefs
- Manage expectations on timing, deliverables and resourcing
- Ensure clear communication throughout each project lifecycle
- Track and share team outputs, milestones and impact stories to demonstrate value
- Work closely with the Head of Creative to support concepting, research, or delivery on strategic projects
- Help embed a creative agency mindset and workflow across the team
- Collaborate on campaign planning, project scoping and stakeholder engagement
- Support creative benchmarking, quality metrics and continuous improvement initiative
- Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows and templates
- Support onboarding, team resourcing, and capacity planning
- Maintain a positive and proactive team culture - focused on clarity, delivery and creativity
- Champion the studio's ways of working and support its evolution into a trusted internal partner
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:
- 4-6 years' experience in creative operations, studio/project management, or creative account leadership (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of the creative design process - from briefing to delivery
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent attention to detail, and a delivery mindset - ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines to the highest standard
- Confidence and ability to challenge and shape requests for Studio support
- Credibility and initiative to challenge existing processes and norms, to drive continuous improvement
- Brilliant communication skills
- Tools: confident using Adobe CC, MS Office, Asana (or similar), project trackers, and creative workflows
