About the role
Are you a detail driven Creative Artworker with a passion for print and digital design? Join DS Smith and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering innovative, high-quality creative solutions across a wide range of formats — from banners and posters to 3D displays.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between creative ideas and flawless execution. You’ll be hands-on in the development and refinement of artwork, ensuring it’s production-ready and meets brand and retail guidelines across both digital and physical touchpoints.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Translating creative concepts into accurate, print- and digital-ready artwork
  • Creating and adapting designs for a wide range of formats, including 3D displays
  • Ensuring consistency and precision across all output
  • Working closely with designers, marketers, and production teams
About you
  • Excellent project management track record
  • Implementation of continuous improvement and value engineering programmes.
  • Experience in the Packaging industry, ideally in a technical/design role
  • Good technical understanding of our materials and box performance factors
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, influential and strives for excellence
  • An ability to develop and execute alternative solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Manage and prioritise your activity to maximise value creation, business retention and profitable growth.
  • Commit to your personal development programs for continuous improvement
