About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our small and talented team. At WithPrint, we collaborate with some of the world’s leading companies and brands to create stunning printed materials. We are looking for an artworker or junior artworker to cover some extended paternity leave (September to end of December). This is role involves helping with our small format print projects, checking files for print, setting up for the press and communicating clearly with colleagues and our clients. It’s a 3 month position which may be extended to a permanent role for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate file checking for small format jobs (business cards, brochures, leaflets)
- Preparing files for production (foiling, spot colours, die ordering)
- Imposition of files to ensure that they are ready for print
- Keeping job sheets up to date
- Communicating quickly and accurately with client and colleagues
What We’re Looking For
- A professional, positive attitude with flexibility and great organisation skills
- Strong communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
- Some print experience and knowledge of print techniques — training can be provided
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative software
Salary
Negotiable dependant on experience. We are a living wage employer.
