Experienced cook fortnightly rota pattern

We require an experienced cook to work in a busy kitchen/cafe environment preparing & cooking.
Fortnightly rota pattern:
- Week 1 - Monday, Thursday & Friday
- Week 2 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift pattern can be changed slightly (working days) however start time cannot be later than 9:30am, finish time cannot be earlier than 6:00pm and every other weekend must be worked.
- Average 63 hours per fortnight (extra during annual leave cover)

AS EMPLOYERS, WEWILLPROVIDE:
- Relevant training (will need Food Hygiene, Food Allergy, COSHH, HACCP and Emergency First Aid as minimum, if no previous certificates are provided to us we can help with this training during induction phase)

JOB TYPE:
- Cook: Average 63 hours per fortnight
- 9am/9:30am start, finish is dependent on party bookings but is generally 6pm
- Flexibility required to cover annual leave.
It’s a varied and diverse role, we never have time to be bored. You’ll receive training and guidance throughout your induction period. Uniform provided, we offer free food and drinks on shift and free tickets for immediate family members.
To apply you must be an experienced cook with previous experience in a similar environment (e.g. busy cafe, restaurant or school cook).
Rate of pay for 21 years+ £13.00 per hour Pay exceeds NMW for lower age groups.
