Summary
We are seeking a talented Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team at Scarborough Hill Country Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Your culinary skills will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional food and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages or needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
