We're looking for a Cook, who's willing to go that extra mile for our guests. Situated in either our ground floor View Cafe & Bar, or upstairs Bistro, you'll be making sure that our customers' snacks and light meals are prepared to order.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment
- Preparing ingredients for each day
- Following each recipe and gathering all necessary ingredients for ongoing service
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Food preparation and presentation in accordance with cafe standards and quality expectations
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Maintains quality and hygiene standards and implements safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Cleaning down and closing the kitchen after service
This role will include working weekends and bank holidays.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Advertised rate of pay includes a 12.07% holiday allowance.
