Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, conveyancing professional to join our team and continue to build on our firm's already very strong reputation.
The successful candidate will provide essential support to our conveyancing department, assisting with property transactions and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Managing enquiries raised by buyer’s solicitors on sales
- Reporting to clients on searches
- Reporting to clients on mortgage offers
- Assisting with reports on title and, importantly, dealing with exchanges.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to facilitate communication and resolve queries.
What we are looking for:
- Ideally around 5 years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth completion of all conveyancing matters.
- A can-do attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
