About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to support the day-to-day operations of our busy department. This is an office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to develop professionally.
Location: Office-based in Bridgend
Hours: Part-time role, equivalent to 3 days per week. Hours can be worked as 3 full days or flexibly spread across the week, however it must include a Wednesday
Reporting to: Marketing Executive & Consumer Services Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily web orders and sample requests efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and post, providing excellent service and timely resolutions
- Manage manual orders and process refunds over the phone
- Update and maintain QA spreadsheets
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across various online platforms
- This is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to assist with other duties as these become required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
