What is the role?
An opportunity has arisen to join our Concierge team. The environment is busy and fast paced and we require candidates to be professional, smart and well-presented.
The Concierge team are our brand ambassadors, therefore a passion for cars, working with people, customer satisfaction and exceptional service is vital, as well as being proactive, calm and professional.
Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom, building rapport, listening to and understanding their needs.
- Maintain tidiness of reception areas at all times.
- Manage visitor’s book and issue badges for all visitors.
- Administrative duties as required.
Who you need to be?
- Someone with excellent communication skills, to communicate credibly with our customers, colleagues and senior management
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, recognising the individual responsibility of contributing to the performance and success of the team
- Ability to keep up to date with complex information, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good with administration, diary management and organisation
- Able to develop rapport and trust with customers and to resolve conflict situations calmly and reasonably
- Have a passion for customer service, be professional and well-presented with a process orientated approach
Your experience:
- You will have customer service experience
- A minimum of 5 GSCEs grade C and above, including Maths and English
- Excellent IT and administration skills
- We have a passion for the Brand, for people, processes and customer satisfaction
