Position Title: Night Concierge
Location: Viridian Apartments, London, SW8 4DB
Reports to: Building Manager
Department: Concierge / Front of House
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, professional Night Concierge to join our team at Viridian Apartments. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact during night hours, ensuring residents and guests receive exceptional service and that the building remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
This is a people-focused role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and proactive during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist residents and their guests
- Respond to calls, emails, and messages promptly
- Conduct routine patrols and report any issues
- Perform light cleaning (e.g., litter picking in main areas)
- Manage key control and parcel deliveries via ConciergeHV system
- Perform health & safety checks and log findings
- Monitor access control and see in approved contractors
- Keep communal areas presentable at all times
- Record shift handovers and report relevant matters to the Building Manager
Skills & Experience Required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or security role is an advantage

Details
- Salary: £24,508 per annum
- Working Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off
- Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (including 1-hour unpaid break)
