Job Title: Complex Care Coordinator
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Salary: £30,000pa
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

About the role:
Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Complex Care Coordinator to work alongside the Senior Complex Care Coordinator to ensure high-quality care delivery, maintaining compliance within regulatory standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that our services consistently meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive):
- Client & Staff Scheduling: Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of care services to clients, creating and distributing monthly rotas (coordinating 500 hours per week) to both staff and clients
- Care Staff Management: Work alongside the Recruitment and Compliance Manager to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff, ensuring safe recruitment practices.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Support the management team in maintaining high standards in line with CQC, HSE, and company policies, ensuring all staff are compliant with training requirements and annual refreshers.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, their families, commissioners, social workers, and other professionals to ensure that care plans are implemented successfully.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in the On-Call service to ensure smooth service delivery during out-of-hours situations.
- Administration & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all documentation is well-organised within our digital systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, their families, and professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
