Conwy County Borough Council Disability team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Disabilities Team to provide support in a person centered way, in a safe, caring and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will
- Support the Team Manager with their operational responsibility for the service. Work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
- Respond to challenges with resilience and professionalism
- Have a strong understanding of current social care legislation.
- Have an awareness of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their careers.
- Have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Have a positive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude.
- Have Excellent team-working and communication skills.
- Be resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Have a Flexibility approach to work.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for the post.
