Key responsibilities
- Arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Welcoming visitors and members to the building
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up – you will be the go to person
- Assisting the receptionist with managing post and deliveries
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Dealing with membership enquiries
Key skills and experience
We are looking for an energetic community coordinator to join our busy site and friendly team in Southampton.
You will have experience in customer service, ideally from a hospitality or flex-space background, and hold an interest in creating and coordinating all different types of events.
Working pattern
Monday to Friday (office hours) with some evening work required for events
