We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
About the role
You'll be a key member of the Exams Officer Communications and Training Team, reporting to the Communications Manager – Exams Officers. You are an excellent communicator with experience reaching global audiences, ideally in the education sector. You have the confidence to build relationships and trust at senior levels, and the ability to manage complex communications across multiple channels. You understand the challenges of writing for a global audience where English is often a second language, and you're comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You can interpret and simplify complex information from multiple sources, and ideally, you have some knowledge of exam administration and the pressures faced by exams officers.
We're looking for someone who:

- Can manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Is confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Brings a customer-focused, collaborative, and innovative mindset to their work
