A challenge that includes a daily mix of customer service, sales and administration in our busy Commercial Insurance Department?
An exciting opportunity has opened for an individual to grow, expand and develop their skills with a leading pet insurance provider as we launch and develop our pet and pet business brands across the UK and Europe.
· Answer and resolve customer queries and demonstrate ownership of the task
· General policy administration
· Pro-actively follow up insurance enquiries to convert to an insurance policy
· Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded
· Produce high quality documentation and maintain records on our systems
· Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company products
· Identify trends and areas for improvement with a solution-based attitude
· Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
· Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with
· Undertake regular learning and development in line with company and FCA requirements
Skills & Experience:
· Experience within a customer facing / support role ideally in insurance but not necessary as training will be given
· Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
· Customer focussed - a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Team player
· High attention to detail
· Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
· Competent with ICT and keen to learn and develop new systems
· A love of pets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
