Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and continuous improvement of reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy by critically evaluating outputs and addressing anomalies.
- Take ownership of briefing new projects and analytical requests, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Lead the implementation of operational initiatives aimed at increasing subscriber volume and revenue at the point of customer retention.
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager in the execution of price rise campaigns, ensuring accurate campaign setup and coordination of associated email communications.
- Assist the Commercial Retention team in delivering new strategic initiatives, including the optimisation of the online cancellation journey.
- Maintain a strong understanding of call centre operations and identify opportunities to leverage these processes to enhance overall performance.
- Develop a strong understanding of retention trading performance at The Telegraph, with the ability to identify trends in the data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Brilliant at translating customer insight into strong commercial strategies that drive momentum and strong business performance.
- Very commercially aware and numerate, able to identify and influence trading performance, and size commercial opportunities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify, understand and influence trends.
- Experience managing complex projects end to end, ideally in a commercial or marketing environment.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to explain complex issues succinctly, and confident at presenting your recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building professional relationshipsup, down and across the business.
- Positive, can-do attitude with an ability to take initiative and proactively pursue commercial opportunities.
- Excellent attention to detail, planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to competing tight deadlines under pressure, with a positive attitude.
