Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, emailing, printing to assist commercial and procurement team.
- Review and preparation of dayworks application
- Preparation of monthly invoices for review
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Update pricing data bases on excel
- Assist in the ordering and estimating process
- Update and maintain price library's and trackers on Microsoft excel
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant in construction or commercial environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Docs, Excel Sheets, Outlook)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks ideal but not essential. Full training given.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hours: Monday to Friday. Start and Finish Times negotiable. Salary to reflect experience/hours worked.
Experience in office environment essential. House building, Construction / Plumbing experience beneficial but not essential.
