We are a local family-run business specialising in supplying behind the bar essential equipment and amusement machines to pubs and clubs across the midlands.
We are seeking a dedicated Collector/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, you will be providing a collections service, while also promoting our products and services. You will be visiting the customers for face-to-face interaction. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Initially we require approximately 16-20 hours per week, which can be negotiable around school hours.
Responsibilities
- Driving to visit customers on a 4-week rota basis
- Keeping accurate paperwork and banking records
- Be responsible for cash and master keys
- Provide accurate information about our machines
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints or concerns.

- You will need your own car, for which you will be compensated
