We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Supervisor Hostess to lead the front-of-house operations at our vibrant coffee shop, located on a prestigious site in Cardiff.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a flair for delivering outstanding food and beverage service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
- Serve customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Prepare and present hot and cold food and beverages to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both the kitchen and dining areas
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Support and motivate the team to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or food service environment
- Barista skills are essential
- A hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for food, coffee, and customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and on their own
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 3.00pm., inclusive of a 30 minutes unpaid meal-break for lunch each day. This means paid hours are 32.5 per week.
