Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items while adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop environment.
- Assist with food preparation and upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
