COFFEE SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED – REMOTE / FLEXIBLE

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Coffee Sales Representative to join our specialty coffee roasting company on a commission-based freelance basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for quality coffee and an interest in growing recurring wholesale relationships. Working remotely and on your own terms, you’ll be responsible for selling premium roasted coffee beans, already embraced by cafés, and primarily to the B2B sector.

DUTIES
- Generate and manage B2B sales leads with a focus on recurring wholesale accounts (minimum orders of 6kg+).
- Reach out to cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, offices, and hospitality venues.
- Promote and educate clients on our range of five premium blends, including organic options.
- Identify up selling opportunities, such as vending or coffee service add-ons.
- Handle all aspects of client communication, from first outreach to closing deals.
- Maintain records of sales activity and follow-ups (admin support available if needed).

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years sales experience required
- Background in coffee, hospitality, or vending is beneficial but not essential
- Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently
- Able to source and generate your own leads (some contacts may be provided)
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- A person who is friendly, positive, approachable, & with a good energy
