Looking for hardworking/reliable/enthusiastic people to join STACK. STACK is a shipping container village filled with a variety of street food, live entertainment and a variety of bars. It is a busy venue so a key candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Summary
As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of cocktails while providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Reporting to the Bar Manager, your core bartending and serving skills will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will utilize your premium skills in food safety and your relevant experience in restaurant operations to ensure compliance with health standards. Strong time management and basic math skills will aid in efficiently handling orders and payments, making you a vital part of our vibrant bar team.
Keep in mind weekend shifts require you to work until 2am, if you use public transport you will need to make other arrangements
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to customers while ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation and presentation
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours
Pay rate
- 18 - 20 year olds: £10
- 21 and over: £12.21
