We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
As Bar Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Bar Manager to lead a talented team, uphold service standards, and deliver exceptional drinks at pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both high-energy brunches and sophisticated evening service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the bar team during service, maintaining high energy, efficiency, and quality.
- Confidently make cocktails from scratch, with an in-depth knowledge of classic recipes.
- Handle high-volume batching, especially during our bottomless brunches (600+ cocktails per session).
- Showcase your own signature cocktails and contribute to ongoing menu development.
- Deliver excellent service across a range of formats—from friendly, casual table service to elegant, fine-dining-style experiences.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Train, support, and motivate junior bar staff.
- Solve problems quickly, calmly, and independently when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of cocktail-making experience in a fast-paced venue.
- Proven ability to manage batching and large-volume service.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team.
- An outgoing, confident personality with strong guest interaction skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to different styles of service.
- Knowledge of wine is a plus, but not essential.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£14.80 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
