As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
- Assist with food service as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, employing basic maths skills for till operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements.
- A genuine desire to help others and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
