Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The candidate should have Experience as a Bartender, but MORE importantly he/she will be FULLY EXPERIENCED IN MAKING COCKTAILS you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service in a lively atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
- Handle card and cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till.
- Uphold food safety regulations by maintaining hygiene standards in food preparation areas.
Qualifications
) Be FULLY experienced in Making Cocktails, and serving in a bar.
2) Live within 30 mins travel of New Malden
3) Have proof of the right to work in the UK
4) Attach their CV to the application (or won't be considered)
'Additional' experience of waiting tables would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and basic maths for handling transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle busy periods while providing attentive service.
- A friendly demeanour with outstanding communication skills to connect with guests effectively.
- Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
