What this role is responsible for:
This role is responsible for ensuring our guests have a first class, memorable and enjoyable experience; this includes receiving members front of house through to planning and hosting club events.
What the role involves
- Diary and Reservation Management - ensuring that the Club diary is up to date and working efficiently and reservations are made correctly.
- Member and Guest Services - ensuring our members and their guests are greeted and treated in a warm and professional way and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Event Planning and Coordination - assisting with events including logistics and working with the Membership and External Relations Manager to smooth execution of events.
- Financial and Stakeholder Management - supporting the Club Manager with budgets compliance, invoices and vendors.
- Evaluation and Risk and Continuous Improvement - evaluate the performance of the Club and suggest ideas that will increase member engagement as well as keeping members safe.
What you'll bring to the role
- Requires solid hospitality, events, or member-services experience
- Prior guest relations experience in exclusive venues in London
- Demonstrates independent ownership of diary, reservations, and event logistics
- Professionality and reliability
- Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communications
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
