The Client Care Administrator will support and assist the wider Client Care team to deliver successful small works projects & maintain long term relationships with our clients. In this role, you will be liaising with clients and contractors to schedule works, prepare budgets and administer requests. This is the entry role in our Client Care career pathway, which offers support and mentoring to facilitate building confidence and competency in project managing client requests and assist the wider business in resolution of defects. This role has the opportunity for progression on a pathway to running your own small works projects and independently managing client accounts.

- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems).

Salary: £24k-£26k subject to qualifications & relevant experience.
